Our programs are designed for LGBTQ+ people and allies to connect, learn, create, and thrive. From social gatherings and skill-building workshops to community support and advocacy, there’s a place for everyone at Queery NC.
Queer Gaming. Online & In-Person.
TRIAD GAYMERS
We endeavor to bring queer folks in together for board game nights, tabletop roleplaying games, and online game sessions. Our library ranges from quick party games to cooperative campaigns, and we help players find groups, connect with game masters, and access materials and venues so anyone can drop in and play.
Learn Skills, Experience New Hobbies
THE QUEER RETROFIT WORKSHOP
Queer Retrofit Workshops are hands-on classes teaching practical skills that are often taught along gendered lines, like makeup, home and car maintenance, cooking, and cleaning. Designed with trans and gender-diverse community members in mind, they offer a welcoming space to learn the skills you want, whatever you were or weren’t taught growing up.
Hanging Out. No Apps. No Night Clubs
SOCIALS & RECREATION
Community Recreation and Socials brings queer folks together for casual outings like brunch, bowling, hiking, and picnics across Greensboro. These relaxed, welcoming events make it easy to meet new people, build friendships, and enjoy time together outside of a bar or club setting.
